Goodmorning Mark..
My place is located on the central coast of nsw at Noraville.
It is very close to beaches and lake.
My house is very clean and a pool.
__ bedrooms ___ bathrooms and furnished nicely.
I'm having trouble understanding pricing and calander availability.
I'm looking to have it listed from __ till end ___ being peak period.
I'm expecting insurance and hopefully a full ___ weeks of letting..

I grew up at Newcastle and Lake Macquarie and know the area well around Noraville. A beautiful part.

Where will you be going during this period? Are you letting the entire house or just 1-2 rooms?
