Hi Mark, just a few question re airbnb my property. Do you have to have seperate insurance for the property? I've read through the air cover but trying to determine whether it would cover if guest flooded the place or had a candle, left it and burnt the house down?

So is the air cover like landlord insurance but you need to still have comprehensive insurance set up on the property?
